The 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World is a prayer focus which coincides yearly with Ramadan, an important month of fasting and religious observance for Muslims. Christians worldwide are called upon to make an intentional but respectful effort during that period to learn about, pray for and reach out to Muslim neighbors — across the street and around the world. As Christians we resist the temptation to be caught up in generalizations, anger, hate or fear toward anyone. In the climate following the 9/11 terrorism, here is a proven tool to direct our focus more prayerfully, Christ-like and constructively.
The 30 Days of Prayer booklets will be available in the lobbies of all 5 of our church campuses beginning the first week of June. If you would rather use an online resource, please visit pray30days.org, where you can find the daily prayer updates as well as a plethora of resources about Muslims, Islam, and the goal of 30 Days of Prayer.
