It’s really hard to believe that it is our last week of camps, and we only have one more week in Poland following this one. This week’s camp is Fish Art, and there are two workshops each day that offer a variety of different activities such as art, sewing, photography, dance, guitar, singing, and video. This is a big change from basketball camp last week because it is catered towards a mostly different crowd of people. This week is also different from the junior camps that we have done in the previous weeks because my fellow interns and I are able to participate in the workshops, and it’s similar to being campers ourselves. Awesome teams from both Northern Ireland and the U.S. are here to help this week, and many friendships have already been made. Next week we will move to Łódź and participate in Kontakt Łódź alongside other teams, including one from Savannah Christian. This is a good opportunity to show God’s love through outreach projects to a city that has very few practicing Christians in it. Since I have been here, I have been able to focus on allowing God to act as the primary source of joy and contentment in my life. I had been struggling with allowing the opinions and actions of other to influence my happiness, so I am very grateful that God is able to give me peace and help me as I work towards allowing Him to be my source of joy. Thank you all so much for your prayer and support for us as we are here!!!
