Ralph and Charlotte Stice pastor a church in a large city in North Africa. The church draws tourists, expatriates and locals. Despite a national law forbidding evangelism, the Stices are seeking to start disciple-making movements as they lead people in their country to Christ in a wise way. They are making contacts via: teaching English, church visitors, social media contacts and friendships in their city.
