If you have a heart for the Muslim world or have a desire to understand in a deeper way how to pray for this extremely important region, join us! This Team will have an incredible opportunity to come alongside the ministry of Seeds of Hope which cares for the people of Jericho, Palestine. Seeds of Hope works to bring long-term change to families through education, economic development, cultural exchange, and humanitarian aid. Their vision is to instill the next generation with love for all peoples, and to create a long-lasting environment of peace for not only families in the Middle East, but throughout the entire world. They provide education programs, employment opportunities, and basic resources such as clean water and medical clinics to the local families in Jerusalem and Jericho. The team will spend time diving into the truth of God’s word, the complexity and incredible opportunity to reach the Muslim world, and praying for the Spirit of God to move in this place!

All applications must be submitted no later than 120 days before departure for international trips and 90 days before domestic trips. Please note, applying for a GO Team does not confirm your spot on the team. Once applications are reviewed, you may be requested to participate in an informal interview with a Team Leader. Following review, you will be notified of your acceptance or status on a waiting list. If a team is full you can still apply and be put on a waiting list should a spot become available. If you are applying for a Campus-Specific Team with a campus you do not attend you will be added to the waiting list and notified of any open spots no later than 120 days prior to departure for international teams and 90 days prior to departure for domestic teams. Once your application is accepted for any team you will be asked to complete a registration for through Managed Missions which will include a deposit ($100 for international and $25 for domestic teams). Submission of your registration and deposit will confirm your spot on the team.
We will continue to monitor any restrictions to travel due to COVID protocol in the U.S. as well as the host countries for our International Teams. Because restrictions are likely to fluctuate, all locations, dates of travel and costs listed are tentative and subject to change. Please note, depending on the requirements of the destination, you may be required to have a COVID vaccine to travel. You will be notified of these requirements at your first GO Team Formation meeting. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! About Seeds of Hope
Seeds of Hope is a humanitarian aid organization that serves the community of Jericho, Palestine by providing access to education, creating sources of income for families, and bringing economic and other forms of relief to refugees.
- Humanitarian Aid: In partnership with other non-profit organizations, we provide basic necessities and life-sustaining services to the poor including food distribution, primary medical care and wheel chair distribution.
- Economic Development: In alliance with local governments and existing businesses, we help facilitate secure jobs and income stability through job creating, micro loans and business start-ups.
- Educational Opportunities: By providing English education, child care and adolescent development programs within a loving and nurturing environment, the youth are prepared for successful entrance into adult maturity and success.
- Cultural Exchange: By providing hands on experiential exposure to Middle Eastern culture via short term trips, tours, volunteer opportunities and community projects participants gain grass roots understanding regarding the complexities and similarities within the Middle East cultures and histories. This initiative leads to better and clearer understanding of the Middle East environment and complexities, creating ambassadors of truth within the homeland countries.
