Trip Description
GO ZIMBABWE
Are you a medical professional looking for ways to use your skills for God’s glory? Or do you have a compassionate heart and a willingness to assist in a clinical setting through prayer and administration? This trip is for you! We will be working with Denford & Shingi Chizanga, passionate leaders of Africa Development Mission Trust (ADMT) in their home country of Zimbabwe. They use sustainable community development projects as an open door to the Gospel such as schools, community gardens, church-planting, micro-financing and more. We will be coming alongside ADMT to equip Ministry Leaders and participate in outreach through public schools by facilitating lessons, crafts, sports, as well as participating in ADMT’s community water and sanitation projects. Our team will also assist in providing teaching and training with simple processes like hygiene, hand washing, and prevention of diseases that are prevalent in the county. Medical professionals will be able to aid in relief from water borne illnesses, worms and parasites, pain management, childhood diseases and illnesses. In addition to an incredible time of ministry and relationship building we will also visit the beautiful Victoria Falls as a team!
You do not have to be a licensed medical professional to participate on this team. There are roles for prayer, encouragement and assistance. However, licensed medical professionals of all kinds able to use their skills in a rural, clinical setting are encouraged to apply.
For more information about this trip please email the team leader, Jeshua Grach at suaspontehealth@gmail.com.
Please note, all applications must be submitted 90 days before departure for international trips and 60 days before domestic trips. Applying for a GO Team does not confirm your spot on the team. If a team is full you can still apply and be put on a waiting list should a spot become available. If a Campus is not able to fill their team, any open spots will open to applicants from other Campuses 120 days prior to departure for international teams and 90 days prior to departure for domestic teams. Once your application is accepted you will be asked to submit a deposit ($100 for international and $25 for domestic teams) as well as complete a travel profile in Managed Missions. Submission of your deposit and profile will confirm your spot on the team.
We will continue to monitor any restrictions to travel due to COVID protocol in the US as well as the host countries for our Teams. Because restrictions fluctuate, all locations, dates of travel and costs listed are tentative and subject to change. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!

About Africa Development Mission Trust
The Africa Development Mission Trust (ADMT) was founded by Pastor Denford & Shingirirai Chizanga. The mission was established out of a desire to present the saving message of Jesus Christ to those in Zimbabwe, Africa and beyond and to train believers to be effective in their lives and ministry.
The focus of ADMT is to go into communities in Zimbabwe and beyond our borders to preach the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ, STARTING CHURCHES. As we work with the Churches that we start and the communities where we are, we have a commitment to empower and uplift the lives of those communities through Evangelism, Leadership And Vocational TRAINING. Another way of empowering communities is partnering with them in such TRANSFORMATIONAL PROJECTS as education, water & sanitation, health, food relief and income generation.
Denford & Shingirirai Chizanga
I Denford was born in Zimbabwe,my wife Shingie was born in Jamaica but we both grew up in Zimbabwe. Part of my growing up was in rural Zimbabwe, Mhondoro in particular where currently most of ADMT work is being done. My wife Shingie mainly grew up in Harare. Most of our schooling was also done in Harare. We also grew up in the same Church in Harare, Zimbabwe and that’s how we met. We have been blessed with three kids: two girls, Hannah 12 years and Joanna 5 years and a boy Caleb 11 years.
Through prayers seeking God’s specific will for my life, as I was just beginning my professional career, God placed a burden upon my heart to start and preach His Word. I consequently went to Bible College in Zimbabwe and the USA. Over the years His calling has grown into taking the life changing message of our Lord Jesus Christ into other nations beyond the borders of Zimbabwe.
