Kontakt Lodz is over. This morning was sad for many as we all parted ways with our new friends from around Europe and the U.S. This has been such an incredible, fast paced week! There were 13 home renovation projects completed during the week as well as a number of artistic ways to connect with the community of Lodz such as live music, art crafts for children, dance classes and even a flash mob which most of our team was a part of (videos will be posted later!)
We have had the opportunity to get to know Christ followers from 5 countries throughout the week including Poland, Belaruse, Ukraine, Ireland and the United States. It is simply amazing how the Spirit of God is working throughout the world. We have listened to testimony after testimony from our brothers and sisters in Christ of how God entered into their life and changed everything and continues to draw them closer to him and other believers around the world.
With the help of Google Translator, we were able to have more in depth conversations with those who do not speak English. I have asked each of the team members to write a summary of their time thus far in Poland so will be posting all of those as the team gets them to me. The internet situation here has not been as good as I would have liked to keep consistent updates so we thank you all for your patience with this.
We still have 3 days in Poland and would like to put them to good use continuing to serve our King. While the primary purpose for our trip may be over, God can continue to use our team to speak to others and use the Polish believers to speak into our lives. Please continue to keep the team in your prayers in this home stretch. We are so thankful for our solid support system in the U.S. Your prayers are so powerful in helping us here. Thank you!
Tomorrow we will visit another partner church of Savannah Christian, Polish Christian Ministries, in Warsaw. On Monday, we will be helping Proem by building an addition to the Journey to Bethlehem at the camp in Zakosciele. See you all very soon!

Jordon and Poland team,
it is so good to hear all the great news of the week. Sounds like the week has been a success in many ways. It is so exciting to know people have been brought to Christ because of your serving. We continue to pray here for you all. We pray for a continued good spirit among all team members and special last three days.
The” Purge for the Word ” yard sale went great! People were blessed from my excess. We sold 827.00 worth of stuff. All proceeds go to missions so a team such as yours can go back and continue to spread the promise of Salvation. I had many members from Savannah Christian Church to come out and they are praying for you guys today.
It was an amazing sale, He is an amazing God!!!
See you guys soon, Marlene
